adlegiant

/ad‑lee‑jənt/ noun & adjective

  1. Advertising with its allegiance in the right place: to the customer, to clean data, and to a return you can actually measure.
  2. (consulting) Hands-on help with growth marketing, data acquisition, pipelines, and the software that ties them together.
  3. See also: best practice, kept.

Adlegiant is a consulting practice built by people who have spent more than eight years leading marketing teams and building the data systems underneath them, in lending, fintech, auto finance, and ecommerce. We take on advisory hours, fixed-scope projects, and ongoing retainers.

What we help with

Most engagements touch more than one of these. That overlap is usually where the money is being lost.

Marketing

Acquisition and lifecycle programs that pay for themselves.

  • Paid search, paid social, and local-lead channel audits
  • Direct mail and prescreened offer campaigns
  • Email and SMS lifecycle programs in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Split-test design and honest readouts
  • Agency and vendor evaluation

Data

Buying it, cleaning it, and connecting it to revenue.

  • Lead and list buying, vendor comparison, and data appends
  • Deduplication that stops you paying twice for the same record
  • Warehouse modeling in Snowflake, dbt, and Databricks
  • Attribution and cost reconciliation across channels
  • Reporting in Tableau, Looker Studio, and GA4

Development

Small, sturdy tools that remove manual work.

  • API integrations between CRMs, ad platforms, and your warehouse
  • Pipeline automation in Python and SQL
  • AI workflows with Claude and OpenAI: reporting, briefings, research
  • Lightweight web apps and dashboards on Cloudflare

Strategy

A second opinion from people who have run the function.

  • Channel mix, budget allocation, and forecasting
  • Marketing operations roadmaps and stack reviews
  • Tracking and measurement plans before you spend
  • Hiring and team structure for a growing marketing function

Data acquisition, done by the book

Buying data is easy. Buying the right data, at the right price, and using it legally is where most teams get hurt.

The people behind Adlegiant have run FCRA-governed acquisition programs across small-business lending, debt services, and auto finance: credit-bureau lead buying, prescreened firm offers, direct mail, data appends, and the follow-up email and SMS that make them pay.

  • Choosing bureaus, list brokers, and append vendors, and negotiating with them
  • Eligibility logic and suppression so offers go only to the right people
  • CRM deduplication that cuts duplicate data spend
  • Forecasting response, cost per funded deal, and break-even

We’re not lawyers. We work alongside your compliance counsel, not in place of them.

The Adlegiant standard

What you can hold us to.

Numbers before narrative
Recommendations come with the data behind them, including the data that doesn’t flatter the plan.
Your data stays yours
We work inside your accounts and tools, take only the access the job needs, and hand it all back at the end.
Built to run without us
Every system ships with documentation your team can follow. A consultant you can’t stop paying is a liability.
Compliance is part of the work
Consent, privacy, and FCRA requirements are designed in from the start, not patched in after legal sees it.

Where the experience comes from

Adlegiant is new. The experience behind it isn’t. Our people have held director and operations roles in lending, auto finance, debt services, franchising, agency work, and consumer ecommerce, usually running the function and building the systems behind it at the same time. A few examples of that work:

  • Profitability over volume. Rebuilt lead acquisition programs around cost and outcome, not lead count, using funnel data to change targeting, partners, and channel mix.
  • A department from nothing. Built a marketing function from the ground up: people, process, testing, and measurement.
  • Lifecycle that pays. Turned segmented email and SMS into one of a consumer brand’s most efficient revenue channels.
  • Attribution, checked. Caught tracking that overstated an agency’s contribution, tested without the disputed traffic, and moved budget to lower-cost channels.
  • Cleaner data, smaller bills. Built database deduplication ahead of the CRM to stop paying for the same records twice.
  • Answers on demand. Built AI reporting that lets non-technical teams ask business questions and get answers grounded in governed data, plus scheduled written and audio briefings.

How it works

  1. Send a short note

What you’re working on, what’s not working, and any deadline. A paragraph is plenty.

  2. A free 30-minute call

We figure out whether we’re the right fit. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you to someone who is.

  3. A written scope

Deliverables, timeline, and price in plain language: advisory hours, a fixed-scope project, or a monthly retainer.

  4. The work, then the handoff

Regular check-ins while we build, and documentation so your team owns the result.
